UFO SIGHTING IN SOUTH OF CASSVILLE TOWARD, MISSOURI ON DECEMBER 13TH 2013 - STROBING WHITE LIGHTS VARIED IN SIZE AND DIRECTION BUT STAYED MOSTLY IN ONE SPOTAs I was leaving a local resteruant after supper I observed a strobbing white light which was mostly staying in one spot. Most of today and last night there has been freezing rain and sleet mixed with snow. The object was under the cloud cover between the clouds and the ground. I observed this object on and off for the next three hours. I went out about 9:30 and the object had left or had gone up into the clouds. There is a diffuse white to yellow light in the clouds to the south and west but it is mostly all around the area. My dog growled at the object at one point. Although I have obseverved him react to other UFO's this is the first time I have ever heard him growl at one. It was a contrast to the other lights that are a stationary tower light which in our area are generally red and blink on and off at regular intervels. What ever this was it was not a normal human air craft. No piolet in his right mind would be flying in this weather.
